Élisa PALMIER-ANYAMAH, aka TAGADA, is a multi-disciplinary dancer and visual artist from Martinique whose work combines hip-hop, contemporary dance, bèlè, graphic design, video, typography and urban arts. Regional winner of the Envol 2025 competition and finalist for the Prix de l'Audace Artistique with Contemporaine Bélè, she develops a style in which identity, movement and image are mutually nourishing. She takes part in numerous artistic, audiovisual and advertising projects - Form of You, Netflix, COLORS, Urban Talent, Battle BAD - affirming a creative presence rooted in its territory and open to the world.
Her signature work, In Situ Writing, creates choreography in direct dialogue with a fresco or mural, turning the body into an extension of the visual space. She takes this approach a step further in her ABSTRACT series, noticed by Capsule (Nike London) and hip-hop pioneers such as Loose Joint and Sekou Heru. An artist committed to transmission, Élisa acts as Movement Art Director and takes part in France Design Week. She embodies a new generation of Caribbean artists who are blurring the boundaries between visual arts, movement and contemporary narrative.
