Xavier Jacolot is a senior 3D animator who has specialized in motion capture for over twenty years. He has contributed to numerous international productions, from video games to cinema and virtual reality. His mastery of body and facial animation, combined with extensive on-set experience, has enabled him to collaborate with renowned studios such as Ubisoft, Dontnod Entertainment, Unit Image, Emissive and The Imaginarium Studios, on such iconic projects as Assassin's Creed Unity, Final Fantasy Kingsglaive, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Life is Strange and Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden.<\/p>\n

Beyond animation, he has often taken on cross-disciplinary roles as director, assistant director and technical supervisor, making him an expert in complete pipelines, from on-set capture to final integration. His track record testifies to a rare ability to combine technical precision with an artistic eye, guaranteeing consistency between the actors' performance and its digital rendering.<\/p>\n

A regular trainer at schools such as ESRA and ITIN, Xavier Jacolot also passes on his know-how to young creators.
