E.sy Kennenga is one of those artists who set far more than notes vibrating. A Martinican singer-songwriter, he grew up surrounded by music and poetry, shaping a voice that is distinctive, at once intimate and universal. His guitar becomes an extension of himself, a means of speaking about the world — its wounds as well as its hopes — with a sincerity that goes straight to the heart.
Yet his creativity does not stop at the stage. A graphic designer and a true craftsman of the moving image, E.sy Kennenga builds a visual universe as powerful as his musical one. Music videos, graphic works and visual experiments all broaden his artistic language, in which sound and image answer, nourish and transform one another.
E.sy Kennenga describes himself as a “Solda Lanmou” — a soldier of love. His creations, whether musical or visual, are driven by a desire to connect, to share and to awaken.
